Terms & Conditions for Booking/Cancellation:

• In case the user cancels the trip after booking has been confirmed, the User will need to pay 50% of the trip cost as a cancellation fee to Dial4242. The cancellation charges are applicable only if the ambulance has started towards the pickup location. If the ambulance has not started for the pickup location, no charges apply.
• In case Ambulance services are being used for any other purpose other than for medical transportation reason, then Dial4242 will raise this issue with Preggerz and User needs to be counseled by company. On second violation of this nature, the patient/member will be prohibited from taking the service
