- You will use movements to attune to your psychological and physical needs to create a feeling of self-agency in your journey of pregnancy

About the expert:
- Preethi Rajagopalan is a Movement Therapy Facilitator and completed her certification as a Creative Movement Therapy Facilitator in 2015 from the CID UNESCO-certified course offered by CMTAI. She has also completed the graduate-level dance therapy program at the National Centre for Dance Therapy (NCDT) in Montreal, Canada.
- She has been working with various populations including children with special needs, teachers, college students, women's groups, pregnant women and corporates apart from working with individual clients.
- She is passionate about using Movement as a therapeutic modality for pre-natal and post-natal women to enhance awareness, attunement, trust, and connection with themselves and their babies.
