To place an order, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the product you want to buy and check availability at your preferred PIN code. If you are buying clothes, please select the desired size.
  2. Add products to your bag by clicking on Add to cart or Buy Now button
  3. If this is the first time you are shopping with us, add a delivery address; if you've shopped with us before, select a saved address.
  4. Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order.

Prior to the product being shipped for delivery, you may cancel an order for any reason. No cancellation is permitted subsequently.

Here's how to cancel your order:

  • Log in to your account and go to My Account
  • Select the appropriate order from Order History
  • Click on ‘Cancel Order’ for the items you want to cancel, individually
  • Select the reason and confirm the cancellation

You can return/exchange products within 7 days after delivery. Return parcel will be received via reverse pick-up and inspected by our quality control team. A notification will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and the exchange product requested by customer will be sent out.

Please follow these steps to raise the request:

  1. Create a return request by clicking on return button in your order history under Account
  2. Follow the screens that come up and place the return request for the items in the order you wish to return
  3. Once submitted, our team will review and approve your request within 48 hours
  4. Once we confirm your return request, we will schedule a reverse pick-up at your location
  5. The customer will be required to pack the product(s) in original manufacturer’s packaging.

The list of products that cannot be returned are:

  • Intimate Hygiene products, Nursing Wear, Bump Support Products, Intimate Wear products
  • Pregnancy Accessories products
  • Beauty care or other beauty consumables (Bath & Skin Products)
  • Food Items (Including Healthy Bites, Supplements, Healthy Drinks etc.)
  • Products that have been used or tampered
  • Products damaged due to misuse of product or products having incidental damages due to malfunctioning
  • Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually
  • Healthcare Devices: Preg-Eva Kit, Glucometer, Glucostrips, Hemometer Test Strips etc.

Number of days to pick up a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pick up your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 4 – 7 days.

You can replace the order within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions apply.

  • Item belongs to any of these categories: Healthcare/Medical Devices, Electronic Items, Smart Yoga Mat
  • Item received is physically damaged
  • Item received has missing parts or accessories
  • Item received is defective/does not work properly

Please follow these steps to raise the request:

  • In the event the User receives any damaged or defective product, the User shall notify us via call or email ([email protected]) within the aforementioned period of 7 days.
  • Once received the request, our team will review and approve your request within 48 hours
  • Once we confirm your replacement request, we will ensure that the pickup is arranged at the earliest and we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner

Yes you can. Just select the products you want to return and initiate the return right away. You should know that we can’t accept returns of incomplete product combos for example: Buy one get one free combos, free gifts, etc.

Yes. Any freebies/gifts that you received will need to be returned along with the original product.

Enclose the products, in original condition and packaging, along with the original box, as part of the return package. Remember, we can’t offer refunds for products if their tags labels or seals have been tampered with – so be extra careful. Once the return request is approved, you will receive a notification that contains the tracking ID. You can use it to track your return on our logistics partner's website.

If an order is cancelled/lost in transit/undeliverable, we shall refund the full amount [inclusive of shipping charges] to you in case of prepaid orders.

If the order has been returned unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the shipping charges to you.

Refunds are normally processed within 2-3 working days after the completion of quality checks of product returned and further depends on various banking and payment channels. We are not responsible for any errors or delays in refund due to banks or third-party service provider errors or delays.

All refunds are credited back to the account/card used (5-7 Business days) to place the original order in case of prepaid orders. You also have the option to choose your refund mode as Newmi Wallet.

In the case of a paid consult, you can follow-up with your doctor/expert for up to 3 days. 

We help you connect to a doctor/expert. You just have to tell us about your needs, choose the right service, make a payment and book a slot. Once payment is made, we alert our experts/doctors. And you can avail the service at the chosen date. 

Yes, you can get the refund if any of the following conditions are met.

  • If the doctors/experts do not show up during appointed time full refund will be issued.
  • If the patient does not show up during appointed time no refund will be issued.
  • If the consultation does not happen due to any special circumstance including technical issues, an option to request refund will be available to the patient for a period of 7 days but the issuance of full or part refund will be on the sole discretion of Newmi
  • If appointment / consultation is cancelled by doctor/service provider than full refund will be made.
  • In case of On Spot Home Pregnancy Testing, if the phlebotomist does not show up upto one hour from appointment time, full refund will be issued.
  • All refunds will be subject to a transaction charge that will be deducted while making a refund.

Yes, you can get the refund if any of following cancellation conditions are met.

  • For Medical care/Consultation/Wellness/Diagnostics - If the patient cancels a booking more than 1 hour before scheduled appointment time, full refund will be issued.
  • For On Spot Home Pregnancy Testing - If the patient cancels a booking more than 2 hours before scheduled appointment time, full refund will be issued.
  • For Events/Photographers/Pregcation/Other Packages - If the customer cancels a booking within 7 days, full refund will be issued.
