Sepalika is an online health clinic set up by Sharda Agarwal & Mahesh Jayaraman in 2016 with the aim of helping people achieve vibrant health by working on the body’s foundations. Our approach uses precision vitamins & minerals, holistic nutrition & acupressure to address your health goals. We believe everyone should have access to health care from the comfort of their home. That’s why we set up Sepalika as an online clinic. Your consults are done via phone calls and chats – all with easy taps from your mobile phone. Technology allows you to stay connected with us all through your program so your progress is tracked in real time. You also save time - there’s no need to travel to a clinic and wait for your appointment.

How we approach your conception journey?

We take a 360-degree approach. When we combine cutting-edge western lab test analysis with the wisdom of Ayurveda and functional medicine, we are able to address the issue – all the way from the root, to the fruit. Our experts help to identify problems – from the reproductive system to the digestive system and endocrine system – using a special analysis of lab tests and radiology reports, called Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis. Dietary supplements that conventional doctors rarely use are then selected, as per your body’s functional needs. When required as per your lab reports, our experts even suggest the use Bio Identical Hormones, to support your body’s hormone needs Our holistic nutritionists and acupressure experts meanwhile assess your diet and lifestyle from our questionnaires and interviews and help balance your diet and your subtle energies.

What do we offer?

Sepalika’s Natural Fertility Program is a 6-month program designed to help couples conceive naturally using expert lab test diagnosis, best of functional medicine, holistic nutrition & Ayurveda. In conventional treatment, well-meaning fertility experts often begin with lab tests focused on reproductive hormones, followed by medicines to support ovulation in the woman or sperm count or motility in the man. Hormones used include estrogen and DHEA for the lady and when needed, testosterone enhancers for the man. In other words, it is assumed that the problem lies within the reproductive system, since that is the one that has failed to work. Sadly, this is often not true. While statistics show that 1 in 3 clomiphene (ovarian stimulation) and IVF cycles do succeed, this also means that 2 in 3 fail! If the reproductive system is the one being fixed and that is the only problem, common sense would tell us that the success rate should be higher. Added to this, the lack of clarity in treatments or incomplete explanations given to patients often leaves them feeling confused, disappointed, cheated and at times, even guilty.

What is included in the program?

- We are completely online for your convenience & safety.
- Once enrolled in the program you get 2 calls a month with our expert nutritionist and functional medicine expert therapist for six months to help you get started and to track & monitor your progress.
- All consults are via video or audio calls.
- As a part of this program our magnet acupressure kit is included for accutherapy treatments.
- Additional consultation requests if needed are chargeable. Any intervention from our expert panel of doctors is charged extra (on actual) on an as and when needed basis.
- Every person has a different diet and supplement needs. One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to food and supplements. We may evaluate your food habits and supplement needs and prescribe products accordingly. You will have to buy these supplements or foods separately as suggested.
Email is our preferred communication channel. Our team of experts are available Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm. We attempt to answer any questions asked outside these hours, as soon as possible. Weekend appointments can be scheduled on request for special cases or emergencies for a premium charge. However this is dependent on the availability of the therapist.
