Sonal Sachdeva is a passionate and enthusiastic certified Pre-Natal yoga therapist with over 11 years of experience in individual / group fitness by developing sessions aimed at helping individuals achieve their fitness goals during pregnancy.
A Fashion Designer by Education, she found interest in fitness and Yoga routine and in 2010 I decided to take this up as a profession.
She did Yoga Teachers course from Mumbai and in 2015 and took up a certification for Pre and Post natal yoga and fitness.
Designing exercise routines to increase metabolism and reduce stress levels incorporating proper breathing and body positioning interests her. She likes to coach participants on effective work out methods, explain proper techniques demonstrate exercises, identify different muscle groups and teach appropriate methods to strengthen specific areas of the body which is very important during pregnancy.
