Pre- natal Yoga Sessions:

  • Becoming a mother is a most beautiful phase of a woman’s life.
  • Sessions include gentle warm up practices ,Asanas , Breathwork, Relaxation which are designed trimester wise.
  • This helps in relieving physical discomfort and prepare for labour and delivery.
  • Helps in training in main breathing muscles, diaphragm
  • Regulates both Mamas and Baby’s nervous system .
  • Breathing exercises are designed to slow your heart rate hence reduces stress .
  • Increasing respiration and circulation by gentle stretches and breathwork .
  • Improves joint function and releases soreness around neck , shoulder arms ,back and other body parts.
  • Postures - seated standing or lying down will have variations and modification using various props like cushions / bolsters /blankets etc.
  • Trial Session: 30 Minutes 

Yoga for Menopause:

Breathwork: Breathing techniques helps relieving symptoms of menopause like – hot flushes, menorage, anger and helps in keeping the body and mind calm .

Asanas: Gentle stretches and postures help in better circulation and flexibility in the joints. Menopause flow is designed on symptoms and stages of menopause . This helps in flexibility / mobility of different areas of body .

Restorative postures: Restorative yoga poses include very gentle twists, seated forward folds, and gently supported backbends. Postures are slow-paced and stress-relieving supporting your body, allowing it to relax and heal.

Number of Sessions: 12 Sessions

  • Myofascial Release is a technique which releases tension in muscles it is a self massage approach using a tennis/massage ball to manage pain & discomfort.
  • This technique involves applying pressure to tight or sore areas to get them to relax.
  • This helps in releasing knots and trigger points.
  • Improving flexibility and mobility in joints and increases circulation in the body.
  • Number of Sessions: 8 Sessions 
  • Duration: 50 Minutes
